Skedia Planning Services was founded and is led by Sav Koletas, a highly regarded expert within the Victorian planning industry. Sav commenced his career in the construction sector before transitioning into town planning, where he developed extensive expertise through many years of experience across both the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) and is a Full Member of the Planning Institute of Australia. Sav began his professional journey as a graduate planner, progressively advancing into senior leadership roles. Over the course of his career, Sav has led multidisciplinary consultant teams, managed complex and sensitive planning matters, and successfully delivered hundreds of planning permits for a diverse range of land use and development projects across Victoria and along Australia’s east coast. Sav established Skedia Planning Services with a clear vision: to create a dynamic and results-driven planning consultancy focused on breaking down the barriers within the approvals process and facilitating efficient, commercially sound, and successful outcomes for clients.
