Sav Koletas is the Director of Skedia Planning Services and a highly experienced town planning professional with a strong foundation across both the public and private sectors. With hands-on experience working within multiple Victorian Councils and leading complex projects in the private sector, Sav brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to planning. His expertise lies in navigating regulatory frameworks, managing risk, and securing approvals across a wide range of developments, providing clients with clear direction and confidence throughout the planning process.
Having grown up in a family of builders, Sav has been immersed in the development industry from an early age. This lifelong exposure has given him a grounded understanding of construction, project delivery, and the commercial realities of development, allowing him to bridge the gap between planning theory and real-world outcomes.
